ICF Market Refund & Returns Policy

1) Scope

This Policy applies to all digital products and services sold by ICF Market, including NinjaTrader® indicators/add‑ons, tool bundles, and online training courses, as well as custom coding and consulting services.

2) Core Principles

  • All sales are final & non‑refundable. Once an order is placed and a license key and/or download access is issued, the purchase is irrevocable.

  • No trials, demos, or test licenses. We do not provide any trial/ demo access.

  • No exchanges or store credit. We do not exchange products, convert purchases to wallet credit, or transfer balances between accounts.

  • No order cancellations. Placing an order and making payment constitute a 100% final purchase.

  • No charge‑ups/“top‑ups” and no account balance features.

  • Buyer responsibility. You confirm you have the knowledge, system environment, and intent required to use the product before purchasing.

3) What is not eligible for a refund (illustrative, not exhaustive)

  • Change of mind, preference, or expectations after purchase.

  • Perceived strategy performance or trading results (profitability is not guaranteed).

  • Incompatibilities or issues arising from third‑party platforms or environments (e.g., NinjaTrader®, Windows, brokerage data feeds, security software, other vendors’ indicators).

  • Objections to license protection, activation, or code obfuscation used to prevent copying.

  • Missed coupons/discounts entered incorrectly by the buyer.

  • Purchases made by mistake or by unauthorized individuals on the customer’s device/account.

4) Software Products (Indicators / Add‑ons)

  • Delivery occurs when a license key and/or download link is issued. From that moment, the sale is final.

  • Licenses may use activation limits, hardware fingerprinting, online checks, and/or code obfuscation. These safeguards are standard anti‑piracy measures and are not grounds for refund.

  • We provide post‑sale technical assistance for up to 7 calendar days from purchase, limited to installation and basic configuration, via ticketing, AI assistant, or our Telegram bot. Support does not include private coaching, trading advice, or custom modifications.

5) Training Courses (Educational Content)

  • Due to the proprietary and copyable nature of course materials (videos, code, documents), no refunds or exchanges are offered under any circumstances once access is granted.

  • Private one‑to‑one support is not included with courses. General Q&A channels (docs/FAQ/video overviews) are provided; please review them before purchasing.

6) Custom Coding & Consulting Services

  • Fees for consulting and development are non‑refundable, as they compensate for time and expertise—not trading outcomes.

  • For larger projects, we may use a milestone model (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on delivery/acceptance). After delivery/acceptance of each milestone, related payments are final.

  • We do not guarantee any specific trading performance or profitability of custom ideas/strategies.

7) Payments & Taxes

  • We accept credit cards and cryptocurrency.

  • Prices are listed exclusive of regional taxes. Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) and/or network/banking fees may be added at checkout or by the payment network. These are non‑refundable.

  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; once confirmed on‑chain, the order cannot be canceled.

8) Official Payment Channels (Fraud Prevention)

  • Always pay only via the official channels/accounts published by ICF Market.

  • Payments sent to non‑official accounts, third parties, or impostors are outside our control and cannot be refunded.

9) Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If a payment dispute/chargeback is initiated after access is delivered, the associated license(s) and support may be suspended or terminated while we respond to the dispute. We aim to resolve disputes professionally and transparently; however, using chargebacks to circumvent this Policy may result in permanent account restrictions.

10) Rare Technical Exception (Company’s Sole Discretion)

In very limited cases, if within 30 days of purchase the product is proven fundamentally unusable due to a technical defect intrinsic to the product (not caused by the customer’s environment, NinjaTrader®, OS, third‑party tools, or data), and after full cooperation with our support the issue cannot be resolved, ICF Market may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund.
Conditions (all must apply):

  1. The customer provides timely cooperation, logs, screenshots, and remote‑session access if requested.

  2. Our team verifies the defect on a controlled environment.

  3. The issue is not related to third‑party conflicts, platform updates, security software, or misuse.

  4. The license is deactivated and all copies are deleted.
    This exception is not an entitlement and may be declined.

11) Pre‑purchase Information & Due Diligence

Because we do not offer trials, we publish documentation and product intro videos to help you evaluate fit. If you have any questions about features, limitations, risk disclosures, licensing, or system requirements, contact us before purchasing. We are happy to clarify.

12) No Subscriptions

We do not sell subscription products; recurring‑billing clauses do not apply.

13) Policy Updates & Acceptance

We may update this Policy from time to time. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy and our Terms, License Agreement, and Disclaimers.
